Hyejeong Shin was charged on Jan. 24 with providing a false government document with the intent to verify one’s identity or age; a third-degree crime, according to a statement from the New Brunswick Police Department.
“She was going to New Brunswick high school for four days before being found out and barred from entering district property,” “All appropriate authorities were immediately notified and the individual in question was arrested for providing false documentation.”
Shin allegedly provided a false birth certificate to the New Brunswick Board of Education with the intent to enroll as a juvenile high-school student, police said.
Schools are required to immediately enroll unaccompanied children, even in the absence of records normally required for enrollment, the department said. Proof of guardianship or birth certificate is not necessary to immediately enroll an unaccompanied child or youth.
Could this woman be a part of a Chinese infiltration of the youth or just another conspiracy? Could she just wanted to reconnect with school and learn more? We may never know the truth..
