
Netflix is searching for a flight attendant for one of its private jets based out of its San Jose, California headquarters and is willing to pay up to $385,000, according to a job posting on the company’s career site.
The streaming service says its looking for a self-starter, who will “demonstrate a professional representation of Netflix Aviation at all times while performing the duties of the position.”
The successful candidate will be required to do the usual flight attendant duties, such as pre-flight cabin inspections and safety briefings before takeoff. They also are responsible for maintaining the stockroom.
The flight attendant must also be willing to work international and domestic flights, and work weekends and holidays as needed.
They must perform these tasks with discretion to provide Netflix Aviation clientele with “safe and confidential air transportation,” according to the company.
If hired, the flight attendant also will have the opportunity to work on a Gulfstream G550 jet on an as-needed basis.
The salary range for the role is broad, and starts as low as $60,000 and goes as high as $385,000, according to the job listing.
