    ISIS claims responsibility for triple bombing in Kabul that killed 2, injured 24

    Three bombs hit the Afghan capital Kabul on Sunday killing at least two folks and leaving 24 others injured, officers mentioned. The first bomb was on a bus carrying college college students, earlier than two roadside blasts struck.

    The bomb on the bus exploded in a residential space of western Kabul, killing one individual. Two roadside bombs went off 20 minutes later, Interior Ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi mentioned. The second fatality occurred in hospital and it isn’t clear which blast they had been injured in. Two journalists had been reportedly among the many dozens injured in the explosions.

    Islamic State (IS, previously ISIS) claimed responsibility for the Kabul assaults, saying the bus was allegedly transporting minority Shiite Muslims and that they’d arrange the following explosives to go off as safety forces and journalists gathered in response to the primary blast.

    The Afghan metropolis has been rocked by a sequence of current bombings and suicide assaults by each IS and the Taliban.
