This document is an accumulation of work that looks at the use of psychological warfare on the world public to coverup Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (EBEs), EBE technology, EBE visitation, human forced disappearance in breach of the Human Rights act by EBEs with government consent in exchange for extraterrestrial technology, the coverup of EBEs for political gain and the extent people have gone to to keep this information from the public.
This document will also look at the subject of a shadow governments plan to cull the population through medicine, food, poverty, war and natural disaster. This document aims at disclosing the scale of the operation and the industries involved, both knowingly and unknowingly.
As well as the later this document will look at the people involved in such events and explore human emotion and scientific methodology that can be used to carry out crimes against humanity. Such methods as psychological warfare, propaganda, neuro linguistic programming and the exploitation of herd mentality.

Perspective
“The art of representing three-dimensional objects on a two-dimensional surface so as to give the right impression of their height, width, depth, and position in relation to each other“(oxforddictionary, 2012).
Think of a simple object on a table, if you stand close to the object you might only see the object, you move back and more comes into focus such as the table or the complete room. You are widening your field of view.
Field of view

Remote Viewing

Compartmentalization
Compartmentalization is “to divide into discrete sections or categories” (oxforddictionary, 2012).
Think of war ship, a ship is broken down into compartments to minimize the risk of total failure so the ship can stay afloat. If one compartment fails then the ship will stay afloat long enough for the damage to be repaired, thats where a damage control team come into play.
Polymorphism
The ability of an object to store objects with itself and all sub objects within that object.
As an example think of every human as an object, the way other people look at you from a police or business perspective. Every human has properties, all humans have similar properties like name, age, date of birth, ethnic origin, height, DNA structure and weight to give some examples.
Properties that may contain other properties include family, friends, likes, dislikes, health, work history, XYZW information (longitude, latitude, altitude and time).
Reality
Reality is “the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them: A thing that is actually experienced or seen, especially when this is unpleasant: A thing that exists in fact, having previously only existed in one’s mind: The quality of being lifelike: The state or quality of having existence or substance” (OxfordDictionary, 2012).
CIA

Propaganda
Oxforddictionary (2012) states Propaganda is “chiefly derogatory information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view“.
Bernays (1928) believes “the conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized masses is an important element in a democratic society“, I personally disagree with this statement, I believe it is a statement made with the intent of manipulating the reader into a certain state of mind so the reader changes their conscious emotion towards propaganda or as Bernays (1928) states later in his paper it is an “effort directed systematically toward the gaining of public support for an opinion of a course of action“.
As well as the later statements Bernays (1928) states “modern Propaganda is a consistent, enduring effort to create or shape events to influence the relations of the public to an enterprise, idea or group” and “the important thing is that it is universal and continuous; and in its sum total it is regimenting the public mind every bit as much as an army regiments the bodies of its soldiers“. What Bernays fails to see is people are not on this planet to be manipulated by a minority, they did not choose to be born they simply are, it is ethically wrong to manipulate a persons mind for personal gain, a persons freedom is taken away and replaced with shackles like our black brothers and sisters before us, it is a modern form of slavery.
Bernays (1928) believes “it was, of course, the outstanding success of propaganda during the war that opened the eyes of the intelligent few in all departments of life to the possibilities of regimenting the public mind“, I personally believe that the word intelligent should be replaced with the word sick, intelligence helps advance the peoples, what Bernays believes in is the devolution of the people through manipulation of the mind. Our leaders and media show signs of this sickness by following words of such a manipulator, a democracy is none existent, replaced by an evil dictatorship. Take the following statement made by Bernays (1928) “And if nowadays the successors of the rulers, those whose position or ability gives them power, can no longer do what they want without the approval of the masses, they find in propaganda a tool which is increasingly powerful in gaining that approval“, this backs up what I believe that we the people are not free but manipulated into a choice.
In 1928 Bernays (1928) makes reference to an invisible government like we have today in 2012 when he states “Propaganda is the executive arm of the invisible government“. We know there are sick men meeting behind closed doors to discuss the future of mankind without the input of the people who make up mankind, by burrowing your head in the sand does not mean it will go away, it allows these evil people to continue and their plans will be allowed to be put in place.
Propaganda exists in all parts of life, from sales training to media coverage of an event, it is wrong and unethical and should be punishable by law. To manipulate our minds is to take away our freedom and our god given right as human beings to think for ourselves, and work out what we want.
We teach our children that telling lies is wrong, yet we see it in the media and politics on a daily basis. The people we put in power to protect us are using mind manipulation to enslave us.

Normalcy bias
“The normalcy bias, or normality bias, refers to a mental state people enter when facing a disaster. It causes people to underestimate both the possibility of a disaster occurring and its possible effects. This often results in situations where people fail to adequately prepare for a disaster, and on a larger scale, the failure of governments to include the populace in its disaster preparations. The assumption that is made in the case of the normalcy bias is that since a disaster never has occurred then it never will occur. It also results in the inability of people to cope with a disaster once it occurs. People with a normalcy bias have difficulties reacting to something they have not experienced before. Herd Mentality
Like cattle herd together and follow each other in groups, the aristocrats say we the people are cattle. As humans we gather into groups or communities just like cattle.

Some say we are primed to respond in a particular way to social triggers, based on six principles: reciprocation (we feel indebted to those who give us something); consistency (once a decision is made, we strive to be consistent with it); social proof (we are more likely to deem a certain behavior correct if others behave in that way); liking (we are persuaded by those people who like us and are most like us); authority (we are trained from birth to be obedient); and scarcity (the things we can’t have appear the most attractive).
Science of lies
As an example to help understand and give you a basis to work from look at the following scenario.
A mother and child are in a room, mother has a bag of sweats and puts a sweat on the table in front of child. Mother says to child “I am going to leave the room and if the sweat is still here when I get back you can have another”, child agrees. Mother leaves the room and child eats the sweat, mother comes back into the room and the sweat is gone. Mother asks child “did you eat the sweat”, child replies “no I did not eat the sweat” knowing that child really did eat the sweat. Because child wants another sweat child continues to lie even though child knows the truth.
Take scenario 2, husband cheats on wife and wife thinks something is going on. Wife asks husband “are you cheating”, husband replies “no I would never do that, I love you”, knowing he is cheating, but because he wants more he continues to lie.
Now understand people who have become aware of lies as a tool, add religion, job title, motive, time period and remove conscious emotion such as guilt and shame. Now its time to look at the evidence, this information is written in chronological order (the order in which it happened).
