Lately there has been a lot of talk about the New Madrid Area… Not to mention that the flooding that is happening right now but about a possible earthquake which will be caused by HAARP.. In this post we will include numerous links and videos point to a possible disaster in this area… Here is some background information about the New Madrid Fault Line: it’s a major seismic zone and was responsible for the 1811–1812 New Madrid earthquakes and may have the potential to produce large earthquakes in the future. Earthquakes that occur in the New Madrid Seismic Zone potentially threaten parts of seven American states: Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi.
I know that something strange is happening in that area right now.. And below I included some information that points to the Japanese Earthquake being induced by HAARP.. That is just some evidence that our Government can create ‘Natural Disasters’ by using this tool… I feel really bad for those that are stuck in that area right now; the flood waters are already over peoples houses.. It’s only going to get worse, not to mention the two Nuclear Plants that are completely flooded right now.. I hope it doesn’t go into meltdown mode! I also hope that a earthquake doesn’t happen because that will only add more problems to the area.. Now compare this to the disaster in Japan…The signal was at 2.5Hz for over 50 hours to ‘create’ Japan’s 9.1 earthquake and huge tsunami…
After the earthquake hit the HAARP signal went off-line.. Hmm.. Doesn’t that seem weird?! I also found on the web that troops were spotted months before the floods in Missouri, Mississippi, Illinois, Ohio and Michigan.. Were they getting ready for something that was coming?! The flooding is only getting worse and it doesn’t help when all the dams are at complete capacity and on the verge of collapsing.. Flood gates are being opened and levees are being destroyed and created to ‘direct’ the flooding.. Is the Army Corps of Engineers trying to create a disaster that was created by the NOAA.. They claimed that the center of the U.S would be underwater.. Like this photo below and so far it seems like it’s right in that area.. Coincidence?!

US government takes down HAARP website to conceal evidence of US weather modification and earthquake inducing warfare.
The HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) website has been down for the past 3 weeks. It was ordered taken down by the US government to conceal US weather modification and earthquake inducing warfare activities against foreign states. The HAARP website was publishing very damaging evidence of US military weather modification and earthquake triggering operations against foreign states. HAARP’s waterfall charts and magnetometer charts gave evidence of an ongoing weather war between the United States government and foreign states. The magnetometer presented concrete evidence that HAARP triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami.
HAARP’s magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake. A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere. HAARP was broadcasting a 2.5 Hz frequency (the signature frequency of an earthquake) from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. The 2.5 Hz frequency continued to be broadcasted and recorded by the magnetometer for another 10 hours the day of the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake.
Scientists at the HAARP institute discovered that a 2.5 Hz radio frequency is the signature frequency of an earthquake. Since this discovery the HAARP phased array antennas have been used by the US military to beam the earthquake frequency into the ionosphere and the ionosphere reflects it back to Earth – penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area.. By beaming the frequency at a specific trajectory HAARP can trigger an earthquake any place on Earth. A short burst isn’t enough to disturb solid matter (the Earth crust) so they keep beaming the 2.5 Hz earthquake frequency for hours or days – until the desired effect is achieved.
The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) prohibits the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.
Evidence from HAARP’s own website revealed that the US government was acting in violation of the ENMOD treaty – use of weather modification techniques (HAARP) for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. HAARP broadcasting data published on the HAARP website coincided with a number of recent major catastrophes such as the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the 2010 heatwave in Russia, the major floorings in 2010 in China and Pakistan and the major earthquakes in Haiti and Japan – all occurred since US president and commander-in-chief of the United States military Barack Hussein Obama took office.
DID HAARP CAUSE THE EARTHQUAKE IN JAPAN?
A look at the induction magnetometer charts from last year’s earthquake in Haiti as well as from the recent earthquake measuring 9.1 on the Richter scale that triggered a tsunami and destruction on the Japanese east coast show surprising similarities that point to an artificial cause and the use of HAARP technology.
In the case of Haiti, low frequency signals of 2,1 Hz were detected for 40 hours before the earthquake occurred while in the case of Japan something similar happened. Low frequency signals of 2,5 Hz were detected for about 55 hours before the earthquake occurred off the coast of Japan as well as for 4 hours afterwards.

Viewing these charts, it is reasonable to ask if the low frequency (LF) or more specifically extreme/ultra low frequency (ELF/ULF) magnetic flux induced signals of about 2 to 2,5 Hz really emanated from solar activity and other such natural sources or whether they were, in fact, caused by HAARP activities either in Gakona or Poker Flats facilities.
A steady signal lasting for so many hours at such a low frequency is highly likely not caused by natural activity in space but by some type of artificial ”human-made” activity.
It is especially interesting that this signal stopped abruptly at full swing on January 11 at ~01:00 hrs UTC only to resume with full amplitude again at ~03:30 hrs UTC as if it had been switched off and on at full power!
HAARP Magnetometer data shows Japan earthquake was induced.
The United States Air Force and Navy has provided a visual insight into what caused the 9.0 magnitude off of Japan on March 11, 2011 at 05:46:23 UTC. The image above was downloaded from the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) website. It is a time-frequency spectrogram, which shows the frequency content of signals recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer. This instrument, provided by the University of Tokyo, measures temporal variations in the geomagnetic field (Earth’s magnetosphere) in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz. Notions have been added to the image to show you what was happening the day the Japan earthquake and tsunami struck.
By looking at the accompanying HAARP spectrum chart above you can see when the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck – red line drawn vertically – and what was happening before and after the earthquake. What you can also see is a constant ULF frequency of 2.5 Hz being recorded by the magnetometer. The ULF 2.5 Hz frequency is evidence of an induced earthquake. The chart recorded this constant before, during and after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck. On March 11, 2011 the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being emitted and recorded from 0:00 hours to about 10:00 hours – or for 10 hours. We know for a fact that the Japan earthquake lasted only a few minutes so why was the earthquake signature frequency (2.5 Hz) being recorded for 10 hours on the morning of March 11, 2011? Because a HAARP phased array antenna system was broadcasting (transmitting) the 2.5Hz ULF frequency and it triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami.
If you go to HAARP’s official website you can see for yourself that the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency wasn’t only being broadcated for 10 hours, it was constantly being broadcasted for 2 days prior to the earthquake. Broadcasting began on March 8, 2011, just before midnight as you can see on HAARP’s website page – http://maestro.haarp.alaska.edu/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?20110308. Click on the Next Day link to see that the earthquake inducing 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being broadcasted for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. Even though the signature frequency of an earthquake was shown throughout March 9 and March 10 there were no constant earthquakes occurring off the east coast of Japan.
The Plan To Divide And Conquer America At The New Madrid Fault
The Powers-That-Be seem to be ramping-up efforts to drive a stake right into America’s heart(land). Natural disasters are on the rise, and an increasing amount of evidence is leading to the conclusion that these natural disasters might not be completely natural.
Some already have speculated that we are entering a time of weather and earthquake wars, as the incidence of mega disasters has risen across the world. Is government experimentation simply going awry, or is it being orchestrated on purpose?

UPDATE: I was looking on Abovetopsecret and I found a post by Christian Voice.. This is what the user posted:
I live right outside of Henderson TN, and Monday morning I went to town to run some errands. Within a 1 mile stretch going through town I saw 5 black unmarked SUVs with government tags. I drove through town and up to Jackson. That is roughly 10 miles from Henderson. Between Henderson and Jackson I saw 10 State Trooper cars, 1 K9 unit car, and 3 Chester County Sherrif cars. Same on the way back. When I got back to town I heard helicopters so I stopped and looked for them. There were 2 Black military helicopters flying so low that I could read numbers on them and they were fully armed with rockets. I stopped at a gas station in town and a Army National Guard Captain was there and I asked him what was going on. He said FEMA was doing earthquake disaster drills all along the New Madrid fault this week. I asked if he thought it was odd to do a disaster drill with full armament. He said he thought it was odd.
Yesterday I drove to Memphis and went through Millington on the way. There is a REX 84 camp in Millington and it has full armed guards there now and appears to be fully functional. When I got home I saw three of the helicopters over our house flying low. Reason for my post today is that the helicopters and black SUVs are still here this morning. An agent stepped out of one of the SUVs this morning and had his gun on his side as well as what looked like an M16 type rifle.
