    Anonymous hacks Swedish govt emails over seizure of Pirate Bay servers

    Swedish authorities e mail accounts have been hacked by the Anonymous hacktivist group, in response to final week’s seizure of The Pirate Bay servers by Swedish police.

    The group additionally claimed to have hacked into the federal government e mail accounts of Israel, India, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.

    The hacktivist group additionally left a message on the finish of the leak: “Warning: Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to all!! Bye :*”

    On Tuesday, The Pirate Bay and several other different torrent web sites briefly disappeared from the web. The websites have been downed in a raid by Swedish police, which seized the servers, computer systems, and tools of beforehand elusive internet pirates.

    The Pirate Bay appeared again on-line later that day, altering its internet area to .cr (Costa Rica).
