A distant Russian area has declared a state of emergency over the looks of dozens of polar bears in its human settlements, native officers say.
Authorities within the Novaya Zemlya islands, residence to a couple thousand individuals, mentioned there have been instances of bears attacking individuals and coming into residential and public buildings.
Polar bears are affected by local weather change and are more and more compelled on to land to search for meals.
