In an interview with the British journal Attitude, Lucien Greaves, the co-founder of The Satanic Temple within the United States, says that “more than 50% of our membership is LGBTQ,” and that is a “conservative estimate.”
Attitude is a best-selling homosexual journal, based in 1994. The Satanic Temple was based in 2013 and it promotes a secular humanist agenda. The Temple, primarily based in Salem, Mass., denies that there is an precise Satan and it claims that it doesn’t worship the Devil.
“It could be a conservative estimate to say that greater than 50 per cent of our membership is LGBTQ,” Greaves informed Attitude. “I believe that’s as a result of they really feel disowned and disenfranchised from the standard spiritual establishments.”
