    30-year-old Adolfo Martinez stole a homosexual flag from a church in Ames, Iowa and set it on hearth in entrance of a homosexual bar a couple of blocks away whereas shouting threats. Martinez was initially charged with disorderly conduct and reckless use of fireplace.
