Shopping channel giant QVC is closing its Port St. Lucie call center, effective March 1, 2016.
“As the world’s leading video and e-commerce retailer, QVC is increasingly seeing that our customers interact and purchase with us using our e-commerce and mobile platforms,” QVC spokeswoman Diane Zappas said.
The closing will affect approximately 800 full- and part-time employees.
Interested associates will be given the opportunity to apply to transfer to other positions within the company.
