Shopping channel big QVC is closing its Port St. Lucie call center, efficient March 1, 2016.
“As the world’s leading video and e-commerce retailer, QVC is increasingly seeing that our customers interact and purchase with us using our e-commerce and mobile platforms,” QVC spokeswoman Diane Zappas stated.
The closing will have an effect on roughly 800 full- and part-time staff.
Interested associates shall be given the chance to use to switch to different positions throughout the firm.
