An expedition of 15 researchers and scientists is going to enter one of these domes to finally uncover its secrets.The leader of this scientific expedition will be Nikolai Subbotin of Perm City, a UFO researcher. He noted that ‘Ancient Tibetan scrolls, says that once these domes were part of a defence system for an ancient ET colony.
