Someone snapped a picture of this BMW driving around in California, many believe this is a rapper, but I do no believe this. But the interesting thing many don’t point out is the fact the car has no license plate. Now could that mean they are not a ‘slave’ to the state, that those people have actual ownership of their car and property by the type of birth certificate you have?
